In honour (honor?) of the USA celebration for 4 July this is challenge is to use either

Stars and Stripes or Red, white and Blue in your project.

Will this do?   I took the piccy of Liberty  from the Ad ... what a giggle!!! .... and added a background using brushes in PSE.
